1. In the one true and eternal God, perfect in love as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the creator of all things.

2. The Holy Bible is God-breathed and is completely trustworthy in both Old and New Testaments; it is the defining authority for all issues of faith and life.

3. Men and women were created by God in His image, but through disobedience became corrupted by sin and cursed by death.

4. Jesus of Nazareth was born of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit; true God and man He was without sin.  He is the Christ.

5. Jesus Christ offered Himself as the only sufficient sacrifice for sin, suffering undeserved punishment and death by crucifixion. He rose again from the grave and ascended into Heaven to the Father’s side as high priest forever and judge of all people.

6. As sinners we are brought to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ; in Him we are justified by the gift of God’s grace alone, and made free to live a new life by the Holy Spirit.

7. Jesus Christ will return to Earth to fulfil the purposes of God, ruling and reigning with perfect justice and righteousness.

8. At the end of time the dead will be raised and everyone will face judgement in accordance with God’s Word, to eternal glory for the redeemed, but to torment for the ungodly and sinful.

9. In the command and authority given to believers to show God’s compassion, mercy and love for all people, that they too might become followers of Christ.
